Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording 2. Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation
3. Organize and maintain original paper evidence
4. Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives
5. Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication
6. Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records
7. Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work
8. Can work under pressure and can work with minimum supervision
9. Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times 10. Monitors and resolves customer complaints on any sites and reach out to provide assistance 11. Responds to customer queries (i.e. rapport) and status in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat with coordination to respective customer care/logistics department.
12. Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information and has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms
Job Qualifications
Job Specifications
⚫ Graduate of any 4 years course, or at least 2 years course.
• At least 2 years experienced in the field of Warehousing.
• Exposure in Warehousing, Encoding, Inventory and management Logistics.
• Basic Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office Applications)
WMS or SAP system knowledge is an advantage
⚫ With Good Communication Skills in both Oral & Written
Can work under pressure, can work long hours and even Sundays & Holidays &
Can work in graveyard shift, Honest & Trustworthy must have the Leadership Ability. Proactive and good at problem-solving, has initiative and positive.
