· JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
Compiling, sorting, verifying data accuracy and correcting any discrepancies.
Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed.
Input, track and maintain all encoded data and records.
Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.)
Prepare Weekly and Monthly report.
Prepare delivery receipts for clients.
Prepare quotation for clients to offer goods and services at a stated price, under specified conditions.
Perform other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Associate Degree highly preferred.
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Suite and other data entry programs.
Can encode data with speed and accuracy.
Able to effectively time-managed and prioritize task.
Finishes work in an efficient and timely manner.
High attention to details.
Can work under minimal supervision.
Candidate must be willing to work in Niog Road, Bacoor Cavite.
