• Encodes and generates the following necessary data into and from the system respectively:
• Orders
• Cancellations or Pullouts
• Inventory
• Invoices
• Bad Orders (BO)
• Picklist
• Generates purchase orders for principals using the Inventory Control Objective.
• Maintains an electronic call sheet for the warehouse.
• Updates the Items Master File (i.e., price lists, item codes, and case packing) in the system regularly.
• Monitors the Warehouse Inventory Balancing to ensure 100% IRA.
• Monitors the X-truck Daily Inventory Balancing to avoid truck shortages/overages.
• Emails IRA report on a daily basis to the Internal Auditor, Accountant, Chief Accountant, Finance Director, and Managing Director.
• Prepares the following monthly reports for the Accountant and External Accountant:
• Sales Returns
• Sales Cancellations and ending warehouse and truck inventory to the Accountant, external accountant.
• Generates the following reports: monthly sales scorecard report, admin scorecard report, and daily sales update.
• Oversees the maintenance of the computerized system.
• Backs up the information systems (i.e., Peachtree, encore) on a daily basis.
• Emails the DBSS scorecard for short/over remittance and value of ending inventory monitoring.
• Performs other tasks as assigned or instructed by the Accountant, Chief Accountant, and Finance Director.
