Encode all daily brand-new release orientation for post-sales follow-up and completion of freebies, OR/CR, plates, etc.
Will conduct service call-outs whenever a branch CRO is on leave in order not to hamper operations.
Will receive and monitor Suzuki Philippines customer complaints about escalation.
Reliever of routine reports being submitted to SPH i.e. CS&SR to beat deadlines.
