Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced search techniques and innovative strategies to identify passive candidates who possess the skills and experience necessary to excel in specialized roles within our client organizations.
Leverage automated LinkedIn robots and other cutting-edge technology to systematically identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process.
Develop and implement personalized outreach strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent, effectively communicating the value proposition of opportunities within our client organizations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and effectively tailor recruitment strategies to meet their needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and deliver unparalleled results to our clients.
Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track key recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Generate regular reports and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Manage large budgets and ad spends, monitor campaign durations, and strategize new approaches to recruitment marketing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
Strong proficiency in utilizing advanced search techniques and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other automated sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results.
Open to working on Pacific Standard Time (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
