Job Descirption:
Reports directly to the ER Senior Supervisor
Handles all employee and labor related queries
Attends admin hearings and prepares draft notices and memos
Works closely with Training department in relation to company events and programs
Develop strategies in managing employee grievances
Explain and provides advice to workers company and governmental rules, regulations and need for compliance
