Researching and analyzing violation case and labor case, programs and policies,making recommendations based on data analaysis. Monitoring government regulations,legislation,and benefits trends.preparing and updating internal regulation. Making recommendations to managers regarding anlysis.
Translating documents,emails and other forms of correspondence from mandarin to english and vice versa. Performs other tasks as assigned.
