EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST
 
Job Requirements : 
Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management, Psychology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Experience Required : 
At least 1-year of experience in the field of Employee Relations
Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards
Required Skill Set :
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Excel, and Word).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, counseling, negotiation skills, and conflict-resolution skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Philippine Labor law
Thinks strategically and is proactive.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable labor laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and company policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
Listening skills as well as the ability to understand people's backgrounds and motives
Ability to present information and bargain with employees and managers from different levels
