Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Relations Specialist located in Cebu. The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for handling the day-to-day employee relations issues, facilitating employee grievances and disciplinary actions for rank and file employees, drafting of notices and other HR-related memos, and cater to other relevant employee concerns
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in handling employee relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills particularly in drafting NTEs/NODs
Thorough understanding of labor and employment laws
Strong personality and can handle employee conflicts
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
