Job Description We are looking for a highly capable HR Specialist to focus on Industrial/Employee Relations who will provide advice and counsel to supervisors as they relate to compliance with regulations and laws as well as providing a broad range of professional employee relations activities including but not limited to employee consulting, training, conflict resolution, complaint investigation, and policy interpretation.
Job Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course;
At least 3-5 years of work-related experience;
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities;
Keen to details; and
Willing to work at SEMIRARA ISLAND CALUYA ANTIQUE.
