Job Description
The Global Employee Relations organization within HR focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm wide. In addition to supporting Global Employee Relations Investigations, we also help provide support to the Global ER Support/Performance team. The Triage and Assessment Group (TAG) will help set and implement a global vision, strategy, operating model to better understand and respond to employee needs and concerns; as well deliver exceptional employee experience. This includes partnership with the business, function, and HR leaders on an in-depth review of feedback, culture & conduct, employee experience aspects of regulatory-related deliverables. Overall, this organization will span the traditional HR lifecycle, employee engagement and broader listening strategy.
Responsibilities:
Manages all escalated concerns through multiple sources, completes alert assessments where there is insufficient information to proceed with a formal case and/or triages to appropriate investigator/partner, within the established SLA
Manages a case queue, in the formal system(s) of record, to complete a formal alert assessment and/or escalating the case for a formal ER investigation
Able to read through the initial alert details to determine the following:
Does the information require a formal investigation, or should the matter be sent to another team or shut down at the alert level (after completing an assessment)?
Escalate the concern for a formal ER investigation and triage to the appropriate Tier following SOP
Escalate the concern to the ER Support team to address as a non-conduct case.
The TAG analyst will also conduct the following checks on each case and ensure all related documentation is in the formal system of record (AK/ICM):
Linked cases (within Employee Relations or Global Security) so the ER investigator can assign related matters with the same ER Partner
Locating and attaching any evidence to further support the investigation including performance reviews, pattern review trends, RIF plans, etc.
Any evidence if this specific allegation has been raised/investigated previously
Analyst will send initial acknowledgement communication to key stakeholders including - HRBAs/BPs, Managers and Employees, and key partners as appropriate
As needed, analyst may also reach out to managers or key constituents to gather information on the case prior to triaging to the ER partner or completing an alert assessment
Skills/Requirements:
Strong experience in ER case management in a similar environment (i.e. global share service/ BPO/ international company, etc.) handling volume transactions, a must
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Effective case management in AK/ICM while working in multiple systems and platforms as required based on role assignment(s)
Detail oriented
Stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills, relationship management skills
Manage through processes and negotiate multiple platforms, able to follow multiple operating guidelines, meeting SLAs (some with one-hour deliverables)
Able to drive innovation and process improvement into their day to day and make recommendations
Able to perform as individual contributor and help team reach goals and objectives together
Ability to multitask and adjust to the needs to the business throughout the day
Ability to receive and respond to feedback
Take on stretch assignments and growth opportunities when possible
Amenable to working on NAMR-hours and reporting onsite in BGC
