EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER
 
Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Psychology / Business Administration major in HRDM and/or other behavioral courses
With at least 2-4 years related work experience
Highly knowledgeable on applicable government laws and regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills
Job Details:
Ensures that company policies are strictly followed and that disciplinary actions are implemented by serving notices of infractions to employees on any violation of the company's code of conduct.
Collects, evaluates, and maintains succeeding evidences necessary to arrive at a case decision, making recommendation on the appropriate disciplinary sanction based on company policies and procedures.
Assists in the resolution of specific grievance cases, including acting as arbiter between employees and superiors.
Implements and administers Employee Relations (ER) programs for fostering inter-employee and labor- management relationships.
Supervises the identification, planning, conduction and evaluation of recreational programs as per approved by the management.
Ensures that the rules and regulations implemented within the company are in compliance with the existing government laws.
Must be willing to work within Lapu-Lapu area
Compressed working schedule: Monday to Friday only
