We are looking for an Employee Relations Assistant to join our internal team.
This is a full-time role, office-based in Cebu City.
You will be assisting the Employee Relations Manager in the followings:
Develop and implement Employee Relations Program and must be able to explain new and unfamiliar policies and procedures;
Execute key HR processes such as performance management, exit management, grievance management and career moves through internal role postings;
Work closely with the Talent and Client Experience Managers and Performance Coaches to ensure that programs are implemented;
Collaborate with the Learning and Development Officer in the planning and delivering training, coaching and mentoring required to ensure that the Company's performs at the highest level;
Provides assistance in resolving work conflicts and grievances and must be able to achieve a win-win resolution as quickly, fairly, and objectively;
Assist in addressing employee-raised issues and concerns with resolutions that balance organizational needs with the demands of the employee;
Advising Performance Coaches on employee relations options needing HR intervention;
Conduct surveys, solicit feedback, suggestions and queries to ensure that the Company remains competitive and complies with the law, rules and regulations;
Develop, revise and implement company's policies with respect to employee relations vis-a-vis code of conduct;
Consults with senior management on strategic plans that could affect relations with the workforce;
Assist the People and Culture Director and the CEO in the design and implementation of motivational programs, and other value enhancement activities to develop high-performing teams culture
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Relations and/or Psychology;
At least 2+ years' experience in employee relations practice;
Knowledge in the Philippine Labour Law, Company Policies and Procedures, HR Trends and Practices;
Above average written and oral communication skills;
Proven negotiating expertise;
Strong leadership skills;
Trustworthiness and discretion;
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
