Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creation of necessary disciplinary action and documents for erring employees.
2. Maintenance of Consequence Management Tracking Database.
3. Perform all labor relation activities
4. Prepare documents requested by employees related to their employment in the company
5. Monitoring of separated employees (resigned, terminated or as stated otherwise). Including, but not limited to, clearance, exit interview and quitclaim.
6. Creation of Return to Work, Termination and Demand Notices.
7. Creation and Release of Certificate of Employment.
8. Timely submission of all DOLE requirements:
9. Contractors / Sub Contractors - Semi Annual Report (Every six months)
10. Attrition Report -Monthly
11. In charge of company registry in DOLE/NLRC done semi-annually.
12. Administers administrative hearings and investigations
13. Arranges and conducts project visits which includes employee engagement and HR and company-wide initiatives.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
15. Maintenance of 201 Files.
16. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
