JOB DESCRIPTION
Employee Experience Specialist
The Employee Experience Specialist serves as the HR department’s point person for 1) formulating and implementing programs for the personal and career development of employees, and 2) rolling out initiatives that will engender a positive and dynamic corporate culture. This role entails championing employee welfare by partnering with different teams within and outside the department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Be a welfare champion by devising initiatives and trainings that center on the personal wellbeing and professional development of employees.
2. Review and devise policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to the employee lifecycle; and assess the impact these have on the total employee experience.
3. Implement and constantly review the company’s Performance Management System.
4. Enhance and promote the employer brand.
5. Conduct a regular review of the Employee Handbook and make sure that all relevant policies are people-centered.
6. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Education/experience:
College degree is not required but is an advantage
At least 2 years of related work experience is required
