Candidates must be skilled in CorelDraw, Illustrator, and digitizing software, with 23 years of commercial experience, strong attention to detail, and solid knowledge of embroidery machines.What You'll Do:Convert customer designs into digitized embroidery files using specialized softwareCreate and edit designs based on customer specifications and artworkAdjust and optimize design elements to ensure high-quality stitching and production efficiencyCommunicate with customers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of digitized designsMaintain accurate records of design files and customer informationCollaborate with sales and production teams to prioritize and schedule digitizing ordersManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentContinuously improve technical skills and knowledge of embroidery digitizing techniques and softwareProvide exceptional customer service and communication to ensure customer satisfactionWork closely with production staff to ensure design specifications are met duringWhat We're Looking For:Experience in CorelDraw and Illustrator is a mustMinimum of 2 years of experience in embroidery digitizingProficient in industry-standard embroidery softwareKnowledge of embroidery machines and their capabilitiesAttention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise digitized designsCreativity in design and layoutExcellent communication and time management skillsFamiliarity with industry standards embroidery formatsDegree or diploma in textile design or related fields is advantageousAt least 3 years professional experience working in a commercial/production setupExperience and working knowledge with premade apparel, such as T-shirts, jackets, bags, caps, socks, etcAn acceptable command of the English language, can express herself/himself with clarityExtensive experience in using different embroidery digitizing software.
