WHAT IS AN EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER Our awesome client, a leadingmerchandising companybased in US is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to be part of their team. TheEmail Marketing Managerwill be responsible for building, sending, and monitoring emails for BDA and on behalf of the ecommerce properties for its client, with a focus on quality and results. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of working on high-volume email marketing with a foundation in optimization and analytics. The candidate should be knowledgeable in best practices for email marketing, can articulate results and come with suggestions to make improvements. The ideal applicant will be able to navigate and succeed in a challenging, dynamic, and fast-paced business environment. The ability to move quickly and accurately while following a specified process is required. We are looking for a responsible, team oriented, organized individual to drive engagement and ecommerce sale with a best-in-class email experience across several enterprise properties. This position requires a skilled marketer with experience in designing and optimizing complex email campaigns . You must have strong communications skills and the ability to handle many concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a drive to help us reach our goal of one-to-one marketing communication and developing actionable consumer insight. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, design, and execute internal and client email marketing campaigns Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features Ensure mobile-friendly email templates Create email databases for lead generation Track and monitor performance for all email marketing activities, incorporating learnings to optimize success Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts Provide direct feedback on analytics on email campaigns with the goal to improve results in response and revenue Work collaboratively with internal creative and technical teams to design, develop, and execute email campaigns Foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure client satisfaction Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Thorough understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and tactics 3+ years of experience in email marketing Experience in Klaviyo and Salesforce Pardot preferred Experience using and reporting Web Analytics for websites and email marketing programs Hands-on experience using standard Web Technology (HTML, CSS) Proficiency in marketing automation technology Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics Familiarity with analytical and database tools Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Strong project management skills An ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Job Skills & Traits Ability to communicate clearly Assertive, articulate and agile work style Ability to work as part of a global team Demonstrative teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Excellent time-management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Self-motivated, creative and results driven Strong logical and analytical skills
