General Description: An Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing email marketing campaigns for companies. An Email Marketing Coordinator will specifically be responsible for managing marketing material, creating and deploying advertisements for sales and events, and monitoring the success of marketing campaigns.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Fixed Schedule; 10 PM - 7 AM PHT; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Participating in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns
Conducting quality assurance analysis of all email campaigns
Coordinating and organizing digital assets for email campaigns
Collecting and evaluating email reporting metrics
Keeping an email calendar and sending out weekly updates to the Marketing team
Ensuring that daily email activities are completed and deployed on time
Organizing the distribution of quarterly newsletters
Managing a database of subscribers and growing the mailing list by making enticing content upgrades
Campaign and list management in all applicable CRMs
Keeping up with the latest email best practices and marketing trends
Assisting in content creation for email distribution
Troubleshoot and fix any problems that may happen during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emails
Secondary Duties:
Complete HubSpot training to be a secondary admin for client accounts
Complete Mailchimp training to be a primary admin for client accounts
Work with the Event Manager to ensure all lead lists from trade shows and events are
loaded into applicable CRMs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Email Marketing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRMs
Strong writing and proof-reading skills
Excellent organization and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
Project management experience
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 30,000 - 35,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
