Position Overview:
Craft compelling and engaging email campaigns as an Email Content Writer. Work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling content that captures attention and encourages action. An Email Content Writer is creative and should have attention to detail so shape our email strategy.
​Work Schedule and Arrangement: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the email marketing team and content strategist to understand campaign goals, target audience segments, and product/service offerings
Develop creative and impactful email content that aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives
Work with the product marketing lead to develop and maintain a content calendar for email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing initiatives
Optimization and Technology Integration:
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to identify opportunities for content optimization and improved campaign effectiveness
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas, develop comprehensive outlines, and efficiently complete tasks, enhancing productivity and enabling innovative approaches to content creation
Copywriting and Research:
Write clear, concise, and compelling subject lines and email copy that captivate subscribers and encourage them to take action.
Conduct thorough research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and best practices in email marketing
Craft emails that resonate with the target audience, driving engagement and encouraging desired actions
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant writing experience
An associate or bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or other related field
Experience with Google Workspace and ClickUp (or other project management platforms) preferred
Experience in the healthcare and/or SaaS industry is a plus
Strong English communication skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
A portfolio of published articles is a plus
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 25,000 - 30,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
