JAPANESE EMAIL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
Email support saves customers from the frustration associated when making phone calls, figuring out which keys to press, and the long wait time just to speak with a representative. No wonder more and more companies are turning their backs from phone support and into this type of medium. However, superb customer service takes more than just using this technology. Non voice representatives greatly contribute to the level of satisfaction felt by customers.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 18 years of age
Fluency in Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji (business email professional literacy)
Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
Willing to work on holidays and weekends
Tech savvy; email knowledge is a plus
