CHAT AND EMAIL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
Email support saves customers from the frustration associated with making phone calls, figuring out which keys to press, and the long wait time just to speak with a representative. No wonder more and more companies are turning their backs from phone support and into this type of medium. However, superb customer service takes more than just using this technology. Non-voice representatives greatly contribute to the level of satisfaction felt by customers.
REQUIREMENTS
College graduate/degree of any course (preferably finished at least 2nd year college)
with 6 months to 1 year and above BPO offshore experience required (voice/non-voice campaigns);
Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
Good communication skills in speaking and writing
Willing to work on holidays and weekends (Morning Shift, Mid-Shift, Graveyard
