About the Role
We are Lily England, a family run beauty brand based in the South of England who love what we do. We are looking for an analytical and diligent VA to not only manage our reporting but provide us with insightful reports that will help us identify issues and opportunities within our business.
The chosen candidate will also be responsible for improving customer services, maintaining our Amazon listings and efficiently managing all relevant data across a number of departments within the business.
REQUIRED Experience/Skills:
Amazon Experience: You must have solid experience with Amazon selling in a previous role. You will be able to create listings, identify and fix common issues, be familiar with Amazon business reports.
Analytically & numerically minded: You need to have excellent analytical skills in order to identify anomalies that need highlighting, avoid discrepancies and be able to cross reference a variety of data and use it to drive the company forward.
Languages: English fluency is required. You must be fluent in written and spoken English. There will be a skype video interview as part of the interview process.
Attention to detail: You must be able to efficiently identify discrepancies, anomalies and trends within data reports.
IT, Excel and google drive: You must be computer literate with a good knowledge of general IT and be confident using google drive and excel.
Customer Service Superstar: You will be able to draft helpful and personable responses to customers in the Lily England brand voice and with a high level of written English. You will also be able to use your initiative to suggest responses and solve customer issues
. Basic financial knowledge: You will have a general understanding of financial reporting including VAT, profit margins and ROI.
Team player: You will need to be happy supporting and working alongside a company wide team
