Job Description
Inspect and perform regular maintenance checks on elevators and escalators Identify and troubleshoot defects or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment
Install and repair elevator mechanisms and electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning Conduct safety tests and periodic inspections as per industry standards and regulations
Respond to emergency call-outs for elevator and escalator breakdowns Replace faulty or worn-out components such as motors, switches, and control systems
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information:
Maintain service records of all maintenance and repair work carried out Communicate with building management regarding elevator performance and safety issues
