We need the following number of Staff:
MANILA x 3
BACOLOD x 1
DAVAO x 1
KEY FUNCTIONS:
Performing Prevent Maintenance Service for Elevator and Escalator
Performing Troubleshooting and Repair work for the Elevator and Escalator
Performing Replacement parts work
Making Service Report
Deliver necessary documents to a client
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following the company rules and Fujitec's standard safety rules
Trying to improve own knowledge and skill
Performing Prevent Maintenance service under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager
Performing Troubleshooting and repair work under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager
Performing Replacement parts work under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager
Making service reports for a client on time
Explaining the status of EV/ESC, what was performed in PMS, and our suggestion(if any) to a client
Negotiating/discussing an issue with a client under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager
Corresponding Emergency call back while you are assigned as standby staff by shifting.
Reporting the result of your work to your immediate superior
Delivering necessary documents such as service invoices, contracts, delivery slips and so on
Managing your tools and keeping them be clean

Confidentially of Information and Transaction Agreement.
Work experience with competition is an advantage
MS Office knowledge
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
