Electronics Engineer (open for fresh graduates)Power Mac Center

Diagnoses, handles repair and maintains the highest standard of Technical Service to Clients in accordance with the agreed and Apple Service Excellence Standards.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Excellent Technical Service
1. Performs diagnosis and hardware repairs in compliance to Apple Guidelines.
2. Conducts thorough quality checking and testing on all repaired units prior to release to Clients.
3. Provides accurate, complete, and up-to-date written technical reports and encodes all mandatory job-order details in the system such as GSX, and FileMaker.
Operational Functions
4. Ensures Apple mandated examinations are taken and passed.
5. Supports the Customer Service Team in handling complaints for Walk-in and Phone-in technical Client inquiries.
6. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or any Technical-Related courses. Open to Fresh Graduates, but experience in Service Center type of business is an advantage.
