ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN
PURPOSE:
Responsible for diagnosing and repairing machine and PLC faults and optimizing the operation of machinery and product quality.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for conducting routine inspection, corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure production equipment are running efficiently and according to processing parameters.
Ensuresallmaintenanceactivitiesperformedandoperationoflifting/materialhandlingequipmentsare according to established safety procedures and contamination prevention program
Providing relief, as required, to operating crews by running designated machines to production standard in terms of Safety, Technical Efficiency, Quality and House keeping and maintaining any associated records. Provide training to the Operators and other Technicians as required and collaborate actively with team members. Also provide and receive shifth and over information to maximize communication at the shift change.
Execute action plans regarding yield and process improvements projects/initiatives. Closely work with IICI team to make improvements on machine cleanability
YOU ARE:
Graduate of Electronics/Electrical Engineering or any related Vocational course
With atleast 3 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing environment. Work experience in tobacco company would be an added advantage
Good English communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent understanding of electrical diagrams and hardware. Have a strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify machine and PLC faults.
