As an EDI Analyst, you will be an integral member of our US-based client's IT team, using your expertise to monitor EDI transactions from our largest retail customers. We're looking for an inquisitive problem solver who understands EDI technical mapping and is quick to resolve time-sensitive transactions. If you enjoy putting puzzle pieces together and are a proactive team player, we are looking for you!
What you'll do:
Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating service modifications (EDI, VAN, etc.) of current accounts, ensuring EDI compliance
Assist with EDI mapping, setup of partners, and testing/implementing new customers within the EDI system
Monitor EDI daily reports and errors
Resolve errors on EDI application and maintain compliance with trading partners
Respond to internal and external research request
Document all requests via a ticketing management tool

What you'll need:
2-5+ years of experience in EDI analysis and compliance
Strong knowledge of EDI transactions/documents including 850, 856, 940, 810, 855, 945, 846
Well-versed in X12 format
Ability to understand complex business processes and their relationships to the execution of data maps
Ability to read and interpret raw EDI files
Inquisitive and innovative approach to process improvement and problem-solving
Experience with setup, testing, and production support of new and existing EDI trading partners
Ability to identify and understand business challenges and deliver innovative solutions
Bonus points for:
Prior experience with True Commerce or SPS Commerce
System integration experience working preferably Mulesoft/SFTP; open to also Boomi, Celigo, Informatica
Work Schedule: Night Shift (US business hours)
Work Setup: On-site
