JOB DESCRIPTION
Meets and exceeds internal/external customers' expectations by providing the best service and teamwork.
Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed.
Handles difficult situations effectively.
Attends to all repairs and maintenance of various electrical systems and equipment.
Services and repairs various electrical equipment in the kitchen, the heaters, air-conditioning units, water treatment, and generators.
Weekly Cleaning of air filter net of air conditioner, and Ice machine regularly.
Assist A/C technician on monthly cleaning of the air-conditioning unit.
Ensures all equipment of the hotel is according to the standard.
Ensure all electrical wirings are based on the standards of the Philippine Electrical Code.
Conducts daily check on all area of the hotel and make a report to the Engineering supervisor to plan preventive maintenance.
Ensure to have a safe working standards, during troubleshooting/re-wirings and provides Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
JOB QUALIFICATION
A Bachelor's Degree in an area of Engineering is required
A minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position in Accounting, preferably in a hotel industry
