JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Knows the basic fundamentals of Electricity,
Knows how to use proper tools
Social and can communicate using English language.
Flexible, with initiative,
Can work with less supervision
Can work with the team
Knows how to manage time and work pressure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertake fault-finding and diagnostic work as required to repair and maintain Building electrical connections.
Ensure all work undertaken is a good standard and always consider safety first.
Complete administrative duties.
Conduct daily safety inspections to all electrical related operations.
Maintain, inspect and troubleshoot electrical facilities to ensure safety and efficient operation with less supervision.
Perform repair maintenance tasks on doors, furniture, fixtures, appliances and effective in a timely manner.
Investigate possible problems and propose solutions.
Carry out all kinds of electrical repair, HVAC, carpentry, painting and janitorial duties.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks regularly.
Fix electrical fixtures and handle plumbing/leakage problems effectively.
Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance jobs.
Maintain and organize building walls, floors and ceilings.
