Job Description
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Must have UKVI IELTS with a score of 4.0 per category
Electrical Installation and Maintenance TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates is a MUST!
Must have appropriate Safety & Hazard Training Certificates
Competent on examining drawings, specifications and wiring diagrams to determine the method and sequence of operations;
Keen on selecting, cutting and laying wires and the connection to sockets, plugs or terminals by crimping, soldering, brazing or bolting;
Competent in cutting, bending and installation of electrical conduit;
Knowledgeable in the assembly of parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools and by brazing, riveting or welding;
Competent in the installation of electrical plant, machinery and other electrical fixtures and appliances such as fuse boxes, generators, light sockets etc.;
Keen on examining & testing of electrical plant or machinery, domestic appliances and other electrical assembly for faults using test equipment and replaces worn parts and faulty wiring.
