Professional Certificate or Diploma.
Minimum of five (5) years as an Electrician for a General Contractor, Property Management or Facilities Maintenance Company
Extensive knowledge of electrical equipment, maintenance and repair
Ability to read electrical schematics and work plans
Ability to work at height on aerial lifts
Ability to work outside of business hours, weekends and during holidays when the operation mandates
Good verbal communication skills in the English language
Interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask when required
Good grooming standards and professional appearance
