Job Descriptions
Responsible for pond preparation, water management, feed management, and pond management
Complies with all activities indicated in the Standard Operating Procedures
Ensures that all pond equipment is in good working conditions all the time
Supervises activities of the pond workers
Records all water quality parameters and reports them immediately to the farm manager
Job Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Fisheries
Resume and Transcript of Records (TOR) or Copy of Grades (COG)
With good oral and written communication skills
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and other office software)
