THE PERSON:
Finished at least 2nd year college with a course related to electrical installations
With TESDA NC2 Certification
2 years' relevant experience in solar and/or renewable energy
Must be confident and assertive
Good understanding of solar design and string configuration
Basic electrical knowledge required
THE ROLE:
Solar PV Installation
assist with all the requirements
serve as a foreman for the installation
work collaboratively with the installation team
Solar PV & Maintenance
understand the target production per day per site
perform detailed PV system inspection
repair of any fault found during inspections
conduct PV cleaning activities per schedule
Reporting
report all identified faults to O&M Supervisor
report quarterly O&M findings
report daily system production and weather
follow required reporting template
timely reimbursement/liquidation reports
