ELECTRICIAN / GENERAL MAINTENANCE
 
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in industrial/commercial setting
With Master Electrician's license is a plus
Able to work without supervision
Fit to work & punctual
Willing to do field work and overtime when necessary
With driver's license
Experience with 3-phase power, solar panels, small appliances, aircon or plumbing is a plus
Job Description:
Install and repair electrical wiring, systems and fixtures in commercial and residential buildings
Troubleshoot, maintain and ensure that all electrical systems are in good working condition
Identify electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
Generator and solar power maintenance
Routine checking and inspection of electrical equipment for damage
Identify and compute electrical materials needed for purchase
Report any issues, problems or deficiencies in electrical systems
Conduct preventive maintenance for electrical systems
Other general maintenance work such as aircon cleaning, fire safety inspection, plumbing repair etc.
Other tasks as instructed by management
