Brief Description
An Electrical Technician performs a variety of functions related to electrical controls, equipment, and wiring in an industrial plant or worksite. The work may involve technical documentations, AutoCAD planning, testing, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of the electrical components.
Duties and Responsibilities
Install, repair and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment;
Make decisions based on technical documents;
Perform quality testing and inspections;
Responsible for conducting site visit for future rendering of plans;
Coordinate the collection of data, and incorporate the information into drawings, schematics and maps;
Use AutoCAD software to produce detailed drawings that include building dimensions;
Provide soft and hard copy of Architectural, Structural, and Electrical Plans as per project;
Provides technical documentations, plan revisions, and adjustments as per client advised;
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting the needed changes;
Support air-con technician if needed;
Perform assign task given from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements
Electrical Engineering Graduate;
Proven working experience as Electrical Technician;
Must have an experience with AutoCAD(2D/3D) design/planning;
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;
Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges;
Reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations.
