The Opportunity
Responsible for day to day predictive, preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities for plant equipment and facilities with strict compliance to Environmental Health and Safety Policy .
Implement maintenance strategies to maintain maximum machine availability.
Assist breakdown maintenance job required to achieve equipment availability target
Manage manpower resources to ensure balance between work demand and manpower
Assist and support project in the improving manufacturing KPI's
KPI's such as safety, availability and quality.
Comply and support JHPI EH&S
Key Responsibilities
Attend hand over meeting and training
Ensure spare availability
Ensure implementation of maintenance work
PM/CM compliance
Availability during call out
Work completion with quality
Zero Harm
Work in alignment with the James Hardie Zero Harm pledge and workplace safety requirements
Report any incidents, hazards, near misses or "at-risk" behaviours
Take ownership through participating in health and safety initiatives / activities and training
Acting as a safety leader at all times and ensuring yourself and others perform their work safely
Responding to any hazard or incident that is raised with you and providing or seeking the support required to respond to the identified workplace issue
About You
Graduate of Engineering Technology / Vocational course related to Electrical.
Knowledge on PLC hardware, PLC programming and SCADA
Knowledge on VSD hardware, Parameters configuration and tuning
Knowledge on Electro-pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation and control
Knowledge on motor control and maintenance
Able to interpret electrical and instrumentation diagrams
