Electrical Technician (misamis oriental)Indorama Ventures Packaging (Philippines) Corporation

Maintains the Plant in good running condition by performing all electrical / instrumentation maintenance activities.
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the plant.
Performs electrical troubleshooting and assists the Mechanic during breakdowns and emergencies.
Checks and monitors all electrical panels, motors, chillers, pump, transformers, compressors and other covered machine and equipment.
Identifies, controls or eliminates work hazards and fills up applicable work permits before performing any maintenance activities.
Reports and submits all results of all maintenance activities to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Performs all maintenance activities according to applicable standards and highest quality of workmanship.
Takes charge of properly keeping and maintaining the assigned tools and testing equipment.
Safety & Housekeeping Responsibilities:
Inspects the work site and understand the scope of work to be performed before commencing / recommencing work.
Conducts for each new permit, Task Risk Analysis (TRA) according to the procedure and ensure the hazard controls are adequate.
Retain the (Permit Receiver) copy of the permit and associated documentation and provide these documents upon request.
Verifies that a Zero Energy Test has been completed.
Performs and maintains good housekeeping in the workplace.
Emergency Response Actions:
Ensures availability during emergency.
Responds to site when called to respond and mitigate emergency.
Ensures to receive necessary training dedicated for emergency response and its duties.
Checks emergency equipment to be usable and reliable for respoding emergency/ies.
Perform other functions not limited to tasks related to the job such as committee and cross training fuctions if designated.
To establish/implement/comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.
To establish/implement/comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.
To establish/implement/comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs.
To establish/implement/comply to Energy Management policies & SOPs.
To establish/implement/comply to regulatory & statutory regulations with regards to business, labor code, PNP, PDEA, IATF against COVID, FDA, and other stakeholders.
Perform other related task as necessity may require.
