JOB SCOPE
Operate, monitor and maintain the following electrical system & equipment:
Normal Power & Distribution System - First Private Pole, Pad Mounted Transformer, LVSG, Capacitor Bank, Dry Type Transformers, MDP's, DP's, PP's, LP's, ECB's, MCC's and other related accessories.
Emergency Power System - Genset, Synchronizing Panel, Automatic Transfer Switch, Diesel Fuel Pumps. Fuel piping and other related accessories
Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS) System - UPS Equipment, Battery Banks, MTS and other related accessories
Small Power & Lighting System
Solar PV System - ACDB, Inverter, DCCB & other related accessories
Safety Related Systems - FDAS, BGM/PA, CCTV, Emergency Exit Door Alarm, Boom Barrier, Access Control & etc..
Interpret the following: Electrical Diagram & Symbol, Electrical parameters like power, voltage, current, resistance, temperature, etc., Oil parameters like dissolved gas, combustible gas, dielectric, etc.
Monitor electrical parameters using the following instruments: Insulation Resistance Tester, Battery Tester, Power Quality Analyzer, Earth Resistivity Tester, Multimeters, Thermal Scanner, Luxmeter & Noise Level Meter
Prepare reports using computers such as: monitoring report, consumption report, corrective action report
Perform JO related to electrical, such as harnessing, relayout, etc.
Perform housekeeping in areas of assignment
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS
Holder of Diploma/Higher Certificate/ Degree in an electrical or mechanical engineering
TESDA NC II is a PLUS
Minimum 3 years' experience in Building Services field
Experience of working on critical systems
Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical and Mechanical systems and BMS systems.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety Requirements
Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems
Good understanding of BMS control system operation
Formulating, assessing and validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Willing to follow 6-day work schedule, with rotating shift depending on business needs
Willing to report on client location in Calamba, Laguna
