Job Description
Planning and Design of Electrical engineering works for building services projects to deliver buildable design within a timely manner, and economical service to meet client's requirement.
Check electrical plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
Monitoring and ensuring that the work progress is within the schedules.
Follow the scope of work, construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Experience in handling full cycle of building service projects and proven track record with strong background in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Design.
Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process.
Confident and have strong presentation & communication skills.
