The primary task is to prepare daily work activities and its execution of the maintenance team.
To carry out technical assessments, plans and execute of the work programs
To provide good project monitoring and execution based on plants yearly work programs.
To develop technical, economical and feasible studies / plans in aid to plant's energy efficiency.
To enhance the maintenance team's safety awareness and to observe safe work within the Solar PV Plant.
To promote and observe the maintenance team's harmonious efforts thru comradery, personal respect towards each other and without compromising quality of work.
Qualifications :
Licensed Electrical Engineer
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or other related courses
3+ years of working experience in commercial or utility scale solar plant , with field testing experience and maintenance planning
Experiences with medium voltage (MV) to high voltage (HV) power transformers, switchgears and switchyards maintenance.
Have completed BOSH or COSH Course
Can draw and edit AutoCAD drawings and also in SketchUp.
Knowledgeable in Solar PV System Design, Permitting, Construction, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance works
Can handle and manager people to execute work
