SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise all electrical works in his entire section.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures as well as Company Rules and Regulation (CRR).
Maintains safety and orderliness in his section.
Implement the Preventive Maintenance Procedure / Activities.
Trained new employee assigned in his section.
Monitor daily activities of electricians.
Received Work Order from other section.
Held sectional meeting as required.
Make a request for all spare parts needed for the machine.
Make inventory of tools issued in his section.
Make recommendation for higher authority regarding the improvements and new ideas to upgrade machine performance.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
In depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
Excellent communication skills.
