Description
1. Monitoring of Projects and Maintenance works
a. Assists in the monitoring of the implementation of CY 2021 facilities projects such as:
Installation of Fire Suppression System/Fire Detection Alarm System
Rehabilitation of water system and lighting system
Construction and rehabilitation of facilities
b. Assists in the monitoring of the implementation of electro-mechanical maintenance activity of the following equipment:
Generator Sets
Elevator
Air-conditioning System (Centralized & Stand-Alone)
Jockey pump and water pump
Fire Detection Alarm System (FDAS) and Fire Sprinkler
Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)
c. Undertakes monitoring of project progress and ensure that it is within project cost and timeline
d. Checks and validates that the materials used, and procedure implemented are compliant with the specifications and safety standards.
e. Checks and validates that the progress billing submitted is correct and in accordance with the actual and accepted work accomplishment.
f. Ensures that the contractor is using the correct plans during implementation.
2. Assists in the preparation of reports (i.e. project weekly work accomplishment, Genset test run monitoring, etc.)
3. Project Documentation
a. Ensures the completeness and correctness of the project dossier.
b. Assists in reviewing project submittals
4. Administrative Works
a. Assists in the preparation of project requirements such as documentation, site inspection including validation of measurements, drawing, etc.
b. Assists in processing work permit of contractors for the projects
c. Assists in the preparation of the monthly billing (rental, electric consumption, and water consumption)
d. Prepares minutes of meeting during kick-off meeting and coordination meeting of projects
e. Liaises with internal NGCP group/dept. and external stakeholders for coordination on the project requirements and other requirements (e.g city hall, Meralco, Transco, Napocor, PSALM, etc.)
f. Encoding of external and internal correspondences.
g. Monitoring of Purchase Requisitions relative to FMD projects and maintenance activities
h. Assists other units on the office re0layout scheme
