ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
 
Job Function:
 
Designs and supervises the day-to-day construction of all electrical works in his assigned project to ensure that completed installation are within standard and desired quality.
 
Duties and Responsibilities 
Supervision of Electrical Works and Auxiliary System for Highways, Land Development and Vertical projects.
Reviews Contractor and suppliers' technical submittals if in accordance with required specification.
Supports the project managers, QA/QC staff and site engineers in ensuring full and strict compliance to plans and specifications, as well as provide professional counsel on electrical works concerns.
Supervise erection and installation of all electrical equipment at project site.
Implements pre-set quality control programs and monitoring procedures with the assistance of project inspectors.
Ensures construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of electrical codes and other regulations.
Monitors and ensures accomplishments, material specification and delivery, and enough manpower utilization by the sub-contractors.
Assists project team in the conduct and documentation of punch listing works.
Prepares and comply project turn-over requirements.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Must be a registered Professional Electrical Engineer
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design and installation of midrise to high rise commercial and residential buildings.
Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
