JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Costing of materials, equipment and labor. Estimates materials, equipment and labor base on plans and specifications accurately.
· Prepares canvass sheet and request for quotation from suppliers to ensure the validity of current market price
· Evaluates lowest price offered by the suppliers.
· Attends pre-bid meeting upon request of immediate superior.
· Ensures construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of electrical codes and other regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• With at least 1-year of work experience handling MEPF Estimation.
• With a strong background in Construction.
• Capable of interacting professionally with clients and working collaboratively with a team.
• Attending meetings, compiling report data, and supporting presentations to managers and clients.
• Can manage multiple deliverables.
• Experience using software such as Planswift, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar is a plus.
• Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
