DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect and monitor the electrical work construction activities of the construction of the electrical work.
Inspect materials, conducts and witness materials testing and reject substandard materials.
Prepares reports.
Assesses the work accomplishments of the contractor.
Conducts punch listing of completed work items.
Prepares the project's detailed cost estimate, cash flow statement, and electrical works.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for his position.
Required competencies: Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, Documentation Skills.
