We are looking for an Associate Engineer in Eaton's Electrical Business, based in FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas. This role will support products validation and test, such as PCBA validation and thermal test. Support to analyze and solve quality complaints and production issues, do some tests, simulations, solution validation and implement design change. Support production line, urgent issue. Maintain R&D lab equipment and 5S.
Your essential responsibilities:
Support production line, help to solve/validate some issue, and PCBA level analysis
Perform and support quality analysis and solution of customer complaints, and help to do some simulation, electronic test and thermal test
Make some design changes for improvements
For new requests from marketing or customer, make an evaluation, and provide samples to them
Know and run processes, such as ECR, ECO, control run, rework, etc.
Maintain load and equipment in the R&D lab, and 5S and EHS
Qualifications
If You Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Design or any related course.
Has at least 2 years related work experience
Electronic design background
Has knowledge/background of a strong safety culture
A strong sense of accountability and to drives results
Strong coordination skills
