Job Responsibilities:
Over-all in charge with project implementation and monitoring of assigned sector.
Receives projects and work orders from MERALCO Office, verifying details of the project assignment.
Conducts site surveys, provide feedback of actual site conditions against the design to reflect any modification.
Prepares schedule, crew compliment and materials needed to be communicated to the Supervising Engineer, Sector Coordinator and Foreman
Acts as liaison to MERALCO Office, communicating the sector's daily work schedule, modification issues and other matters for Meralco's information
Oversees project implementation for crucial projects Request for materials required by the project from Meralco Quality Inspector.
Withdraw materials from Meralco stores and endorse the same to Rayvill's Materials Controller
Prepares the following reports:
Meralco Withdrawal of Materials
Daily Work Accomplishment
Daily Audit of Materials
Monitor and prepares progress report weekly to be submitted to MERALCO office
Account all the surplus and salvage materials after the execution of the project.
Collates documents to be submitted to MERALCO for billing purposes such as follows;
Project checklist
COC (certificate of completion)
As built plan
Transformer report
STF of withdraw and returned materials (salvage and surplus)
Before and after photos
Do other task as maybe assigned
Job Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: Electrical Engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
