ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/MALL OPERATION HEAD
QUALIFICATIONS:
Electrical Engineer graduate
Knowledgeable on building and constructions
Good communication and leadership skills since you will be handling Maintenance department
Can work with less supervision
With experience working in a retail/mall industry is an advantage but not required
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Supervise and manage shopping mall operations including property management, tenant management, customer service, and general services such as janitors, security, and maintenance.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the shopping mall, facilitating a good environment for customers, and keep up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements.
Maintain a strong working relationship with all important and municipal emergencies such as POLICE, BFP, ERUF / REDCROSS.
Handle all conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, customers, mall visitors with the help of security and HR Department in a smooth manner avoiding any disruption to mall operations.
Overall in-charge of all utilities / equipment inside the mall premises.
Mall Operations Implementation
Keep records of all documentation (DENR, OBO-PEZA, DOLE, CONTRACTS (Agencies i.e Pacubas, Security, Green Apple, etc.)
Facilitates orientation and conduction of house rules and regulations to the new tenants and contractors
Maintain Proper Sanitation of the Building
Handle the Processing of Certificates & Permits (New & Renewal)
Assist the engineering department in monitoring construction progress report and coordinates with the engineering in addressing repair and improvement concerns.
Conducts daily roving inspection of the entire area of the mall and ensures equipment efficiency, cleanliness, security, and safety: as well as good customer service are sustained: assures familiarization with all the tenants: keeps active tenant directory: and familiarizes events in the mall to be self - prepared for any query.
Performs other tasks as required by the department that are deemed necessary for the welfare of the business.
