Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations. Estimate work itmes based on approved construction drawings, existing field conditions, and specifications. Prepare quantity takeoff and evaluate cost proposals. Review bid documents and construction technical specifications. Perform risk and value management & cost control.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
With at least 2-3 years of work experience in the related field.
Computer literate and have good communication skills.
Can prepare BOQs and cost all the quantities
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Effective oral and written communication skill.
