Job Description
Provides technical support to Testing & Commissioning (T&C) in an area of specialty work which may include resolution of technical issues arising in the field and application of startup techniques.
Understand the terminology of Lock Out, Tag Out (L.O.T.O) and/or Isolation Point as well as Mechanical/Electrical safety processes.
Understand the difference between Voltage and Current (DC & AC). Understand the difference between 3 phase and single phase.
Know how to conduct an Insulation Resistance Test, Continuity Test, 3 phase and single-phase Voltage Test. Know how to fault find/trouble shoot electrical circuitry (e.g., lighting circuits and controls
Read and understand single line, schematic, Power & Lighting layout, and Panel Schedule
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
